Street Lighting – Our technicians are able to install and service a range of lights, including LED, bollards, lit signs and traditional units. We have the capacity to operate 20 maintenance teams, throughout the UK. We currently provide this service to Amey in Kent.
Traffic Management – Our traffic management teams (numbering 45 accredited operatives) are trained to design and implement a range of traffic protection systems for all aspects of highway maintenance works. We are able to provide the latest signage, barriers and traffic lights as well as innovative automated stop and go systems.
Tree surgery – Centrex supply a 24 hour, 365 days a year call out service for tree surgery. We have our own supply of MEWPs which allow us to access the larger trees/branches. We also work closely with Kent County Council and the local authorities. To keep Kent safe and to allow the traffic to flow we have a chipper and can dispose of the tree at a moments notice .
General Builders – Our general building services include bricklaying, plastering, plumbing and general ground works (civil engineering). We are pleased to include stone masonry and the capability to repair and renovate historic buildings and infrastructure.
Conservation Specialists – Our arboriculture team includes several trained and experienced professionals able to manage a range of open spaces from parks, playing fields and highway verges. We are able to advise on the type and scale of maintenance required to optimise the performance for a range of natural spaces.
Painters and Decorators – Our painting and decorating teams are widely experienced in domestic, commercial and industrial painting and decorating. We have a wide range of accredited and well trained operatives, including spray applied systems.
Flooring and Tiling Contractors – We employ several flooring and tiling installers experienced in laying a wide range of materials. These include vinyl, carpet, carpet tiles, marble, glazed, granite and resin based products. Our commercial and industrial experience extends to offices, warehouses and public buildings.
Carpenters and Joiners – Centrex has retained several experienced carpenters and joiners with the capacity to undertake a full range of tasks, including roofing, window and door installation. Specialist skills include partitioning, racking, shelving and associated temporary works.
Refurbishments – The Centrex property team has wide ranging experience of refurbishing and developing several prime residencies over the past few years. We have developed several properties using the very latest innovations and environmental improvements.
